Happy Labor Day and good choices at the BBQ

Hey guys okay I know we all or most are heading out to a BBQ today, lets make sure we are making good choices,  remember to avoid hotdogs due to all the byproducts and sodium nitrate.  Then we have the world famous potato salad to munch on. Better ideas would to be to bring your own food along, such as fruit or turkey franks, boca burgers, baked chips. These are just ideas to make it a healthier day and not put us behind the eight ball on the marathon to health. Have a great day!

Down 34 pounds now woohoo!

Good morning all I hope this blog finds everyone healthy and on their goals. I back on track and lost another 5 pounds, I had to change up my routine and change up my supplements I was taking and it triggered getting me off my standstill I was on. I take part credit in realizing I need to change my workouts completely as well start taking cell u loss and thermobond. Awesome results and look forward to getting to my goal with everyone here cheering one.

To get the best benefits of eating fruit, never eat fruit on a FULL stomach, when you eat food first it blocks the passage for the food into the intestines and causes gas.  That also takes from some of the nutrition in the fruit!  Fruit should always be eaten on an empty stomach.

Making good use of my Time!

Well hello all, I am at work and lunch is coming to an end(I am in Arizona) My job is into wellness big time and they built us a gym and I just got down with 20 minutes on the treadmill and 25 minutes on the glider and a quick shower, lol yes I am considerate to my fellow workers and try to smell clean. I am having my shake and healthy digestive aloe powder and I am good. I hope everyone is having a great day and if you need a boost let me know I am here for all.

Survived my run, got done with my run!

Went for a run, the temps started under 100 and quickly reach 3 digits, sucking down some water and H30.  I am off to work now, continue the exercise and if you think about a double cheeseburger, remember you have a support team here on buddyslim!

Feeling refreshed and energized!

I took niteworks last nite for the first time and I feel so freshed and energized, today will be a stroll in the park in hitting my exercise targets and going even further in this weightloss goal, I am happy my weightloss coach told me about the things I need to do and take to put me on the right track, I know I am going to live healthy from here on and make sure I am there for my kids weddings and birth of grandkids!

I am loving my results on my weightloss program!

I am down from a 38 inch waist to a 35.5 inch waist. I am getting the results I have been searching for. LOL at this rate I  better get offered spokesperson job for the products I am taking! LOL   lets keep the pounds coming off!

Another great day on this marathon on weight loss!

I woke had myhealthy breakfast (Formula 1 Shake, 1 scoop of healthy digestive powder, 1 cup of herbal tea concentrate) and off for a 5 mile run, so much energy and life, this Arizona heat wasn’t even noticed! We can do this team weight losers!
